It's been a wonderful summer that's for sure!! I've raised a lot of money for the shelter (roughly $600) and the donations are still pouring in. Thank you!!

Help a shelter

It's been a while since I've written a journal. I've changed my style and my art design quite a bit. I've moved to a new city and everything around me is very inspiring.
I just graduated high school too (with honors) so yay me
For those of you that don't know I have made it my mission to help out local animal shelters in my area. This year alone i have raised over $400 for the Amazing Grace Animal Rescue by just selling paintings. I will now be adding my photography to that list of things for sale. I am more than willing to make any prints or copies for anyone willing to make a small donation. Remember ALL proceeds go to help the shelters and animals in need.
I only draw animals or still life not people sorry

Lammas and a few other things

Lammas is coming soon and approching rather quikly im excited and getting ready as quikly as possible!! Ahhhh
What is Lammas you may ask...
-July 31st - August 1st Lughnasadh / Lammas
At Lammas, sometimes called Lughnasadh, it's time to celebrate the first harvest of the year, and recognize that the hot summer days will soon come to an end. The plants of spring wither and drop seeds to ensure future crops. Grains are ready to be harvested and the fruits are ripe for picking. We can give thanks for the food on our tables.
Lughnasadh means the funeral games of Lugh (pronounced Loo), referring to Lugh, the sun god. However, the funeral is not his own, but the funeral games he hosts in honor of his foster-mother Tailte. For that reason, the traditional Tailtean craft fairs and Tailtean marriages (which last for a year and a day) are also celebrated at this time.
As autumn begins, the Celtic Sun God enters his old age, but is not yet dead. The God symbolically loses some of his strength as the Sun rises farther in the South each day and the nights grow longer.
The Christian religion adopted this theme and called it 'Lammas ', meaning 'loaf-mass ', a time when newly baked loaves of bread are placed on the altar. An alternative date around August 5 (Old Lammas), when the sun reaches 15 degrees Leo, is sometimes employed by Covens

lol as foolish as this sounds my two guinea pigs had a wedding lol. Now i know what your thinking "Seriously a wedding for two rodents? She has to be kidding!"
Well im not and theres a good reason for that. When we first got Willow we had planned to have them mate and my little sister Bryana (10-years-old) had ask if they were to have babies didnt they have to be married first? So a few months after willow was well enough we through a small cerimony for the two critters! It was actually very cute. And it made my little sister happy as well XD

on other news....
We have recently recieved a new little kitty she is 9 days old and as cute as can be! A friend of a friend had found the little kitten in thier driveway with the after birth and umbilical cord still attached they though she was dead and left it there and in the morning the little thing had moved three feet so they brought it in cleaned her up and gave me a call. Ever sence that day we have had her and gave her the name Miracle because she truely is a little miracle.
Also my dear friend Conner
has let me take a few photos of him 
which i think turned out pretty well. Im still practicing and trying to get the hang of all the photography stuff my mother is helping me though. I did take my first group photos. It was a rather large family photo group and it was mega fun and the children were OMG cute!!!!

Ying And Yang

I will be hopefully working on a short story hear about two young wolves called Ying and Yang. Ive done a few base photoshop paintings hear and there (using some lineart graciously donated by a few fellow deviants since im no good at creating lineart) and ive decided to attempt a story with them.
About the story.
It takes place with Ying and Yang as yound pups frollicing in the meadow and down by their favorite lake. Little do they know that a great war for their precious valley home is about to happen. The pups are separated Yang is taken by a band of savage roug wolves and Ying is still with the pack now located in the catacombs. As the pups grow they have no recolection of eachother and no memories of the battle for their valley. One day they shall meet and the valley will be taken back to their rightful place. But first the young wolves must find a place for eachother in their lives.
So thats the basic idea.... not really sure how to start it just yet
